Maksimum Makina held strategic commercial and technical meetings with its dealers in Germany and Macedonia.
Maksimum Makina, one of Turkey's leading manufacturers of compressed air systems, is resolutely continuing its growth strategy in international markets. Murat Duran, a member of the company's Board of Directors, conducted extensive commercial and technical visits with authorized dealers operating in Germany and Macedonia, evaluating the company's new targets for the European market.
The meetings covered numerous strategic topics, including the current market structure in both countries, customer demands, after-sales service processes, technical service organization, and the launch of new product lines. During one-on-one meetings with dealers, joint decisions were made to develop solutions tailored to the changing needs of European industry and to further strengthen long-term collaborations.
As part of the visit program, the refrigerated air dryers, chemical air dryers, nitrogen generators, oxygen generators, compressed air filters, air tanks, and industrial compressed air equipment manufactured by Maksimum Makina were evaluated in detail. During meetings with technical teams, comprehensive discussions were held on product performance, energy efficiency, maintenance processes, and next-generation technologies.
During field visits in Germany and Macedonia, customers were visited along with dealer teams to examine the product usage processes on-site. Technical service practices were evaluated, and suggestions for improving user experience were discussed. A consensus was reached on organizing new training programs to further strengthen Maksimum Makina's fast service approach and high-quality technical support offered in Europe.
